Results of the Zaporizhzhia and Volyn CCI project on expert business support

On 22 December, the next stage of the joint project of the Zaporizhzhia and Volyn CCI “Expert Consultations. United Economic Front of the Two Regions”. The initiative is being implemented with the assistance of UNDP in Ukraine under the Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme with financial support from the European Union.

For two months, entrepreneurs, representatives of business communities and communities have been meeting with leading Ukrainian experts on our online platform. We hope that the webinars and trainings helped them to acquire new knowledge and receive relevant advice to help them work in difficult wartime conditions.

In total, three stages of such business sessions were held this year. More than 2,500 participants took part in more than 70 free training and consulting events.

The course topics answered questions raised by important historical events of the present:

On 8 November, the European Commission published a report on Ukraine’s fulfilment of the requirements for EU membership, so we have a difficult and crucial stage ahead of us. It is important for business and government to have a consolidated position and work together to achieve a positive result,” says Oleg Yuhnovsky, project expert, Chairman of the Agribusiness Committee at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who advised project participants on the conditions of work in the EU market, exports and expanding sales channels.
