The CE mark on Zaporizhzhia equipment is more than just a label. It is a pass to the European market. And now it has become easier to obtain it thanks to a new service from the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry – a full range of services for conformity assessment, development of a technical file and certification according to European Union standards.
The Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry has launched a full turnkey support service that covers every step: from the initial analysis of technical characteristics to certification.
The first company to go through the entire procedure with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry experts was Zaporizhzhia Zernovoz, a leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery.
“The Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry has traditionally supported businesses in entering foreign markets. We support exporters from finding partners to product certification. Introducing a full range of services with CE marking is a logical step in our systematic work. We provide not just consultations, but real solutions – from the audit to obtaining a certificate,” emphasizes the president of the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry Volodymyr Shamilov.
The first successful case – LLC “Zaporizhzhia Zernovoz”
LLC “Zaporizhzhia Zernovoz” – a company with 18 years of history, a manufacturer of grain throwers, pile cleaners, trailers, under the trademark “Zavod Moroza” – has already received a CE certificate for equipment for processing agricultural products and can export it to EU countries without any obstacles.
The presence of the CE marking for “Zaporizhzhia Zernovoz” is an opportunity to enter new markets, compete on equal terms with European manufacturers, and also expand the line of certified equipment. It is planned to export products to the Baltic countries, as well as to Bulgaria and Romania.
“European certification is, first of all, responsibility. We have gone through a serious path, in which we were accompanied by specialists from the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. They helped us in everything: from technical audit to preparation of hundreds of pages of documentation. This is a very complex work. But thanks to it, we can now confidently declare ourselves on the European market,” says the founder of the company, Serhiy Moroz.
“The CE certificate is also a real competitive advantage in Ukraine. When customers see that the products have passed international certification, they choose us with greater confidence. This increases trust, strengthens the reputation and gives impetus to development. We are already planning the certification of other types of equipment,” adds the head of the Zaporizhzhia Zernovoz enterprise.
It is better to entrust the preparation of documentation to experts, because even minor inaccuracies can make it impossible to obtain a certificate.
After completing all procedures, the company receives a CE certificate or a declaration of conformity, which gives the right to affix a mark to the products.
