The Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry has once again confirmed that its services comply with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015: a surveillance audit of the quality management system has been successfully completed. The audit was conducted by auditors from the certification body DEKRA Certification.
‘The audit confirmed that the management system of the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry complies with the requirements of the standard being audited and is effectively maintained. The organisation has demonstrated that it is capable of achieving its objectives while complying with the requirements,’ the final report states.
A surveillance audit is a periodic review of an already certified quality management system, conducted to confirm that the system continues to meet the requirements of the international standard and applicable legislation between major certification audits.
During the audit, information was presented on changes over the year, the activities of services and departments, practical examples of work were given, and compliance with the requirements of the management system documentation and relevant standards was reviewed.
The results of the audit confirmed the high quality of services provided by the Zaporizhzhia CCI.
Last year, the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry successfully passed another certification audit of its quality management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The audit was also conducted by auditors from the certification body DEKRA Certification GmbH (DEKRA Certification GmbH certificate dated 12 December 2024).
